What are headaches triggering factors? There are a lot of factors that can initiate your daily headaches. Triggering factors differ from one person to another depending on the individual’s condition. Usually it will take two or more triggers to generate the chemical reaction that results of headache attacks. It is important to keep a record of the headache attack in order to reveal the pattern of what triggering factor stands out or most often experienced. The journal or headache diary should include information about weather condition, food consumed, and menstrual cycle for women, physical and psychological stress as well as emotional stress. There are alternative treatments as well such as wellness programs, acupuncture, acupressure, and water therapy.
